Shipping policy

Made-to-order timing

AbrasoGuard products are made to order. Please allow approximately one week for production before the order ships. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping services, charges, and estimated carrier transit times appear at checkout after the delivery address and cart are entered. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when the order is fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. Carrier scans and delivery updates are controlled by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable shipping address. Contact sales@abrasoguard.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes might not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Shipping problems

For a package that arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing items, contact sales@abrasoguard.com within 10 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
