Protect excavator hydraulic hoses at known rub points

Boom, stick, attachment, and auxiliary hydraulic hoses can contact brackets, guards, neighboring lines, or the machine structure as the equipment moves. AbrasoGuard adds an external abrasion sleeve and separate retaining rings to help keep the sleeve positioned over a verified wear zone.

Choose a complete single-hose kit

Select the nominal hose-size category and a 3 ft, 6 ft, or 10 ft sleeve length. Each kit includes two retaining rings, sleeve, and installation guidance. Confirm the actual assembled hose outside diameter and validate the sleeve, ring, crimp tooling, and finished installation for the machine.

Installation principle

Leave the fabric sleeve loose enough for normal movement; never install it taut. The sleeve is retained on the fabric-covered hose near the fitting, between the fitting crimp and the separate retaining ring—not crimped over the hydraulic fitting ferrule.

Inspect, do not conceal damage

AbrasoGuard is for external abrasion protection. Replace damaged or unserviceable hose assemblies and follow the equipment and hose manufacturers' service requirements.
