A repeatable abrasion-protection option for mobile hydraulic repair

When a customer has a known hose-rub problem, AbrasoGuard gives mobile mechanics and hose shops a practical external-protection option: abrasion sleeve retained by separate crimp-on rings near the hose fittings.

Start with a complete kit

The single-hose kit includes two retaining rings, the selected sleeve length, and installation guidance. Choose the nominal hose-size category and 3 ft, 6 ft, or 10 ft of sleeve. Confirm the actual assembled hose OD, sleeve fit, ring selection, tooling, and finished crimp under your shop's validated process.

For stocked service vehicles

Keep commonly used kit configurations ready for repeat rub-point repairs, then use refill sleeve and bulk ring packs as demand becomes predictable. Every installation must leave the fabric loose enough for normal hose movement and must not conceal a damaged hose.

AbrasoGuard provides external abrasion protection only. It is not a hydraulic fitting, pressure ferrule, or certified burst-containment device.
