Protect skid steer hydraulic hoses where routing creates rub

Lift-arm, attachment, and auxiliary hydraulic hoses move through tight spaces and may contact brackets, guards, or neighboring lines. AbrasoGuard combines abrasion sleeve with separate retaining rings to help keep external protection positioned over a verified wear zone.

A simple one-hose starting point

Choose the nominal hose-size category and a 3 ft, 6 ft, or 10 ft sleeve length. The complete kit includes two retaining rings, sleeve, and installation guidance. Verify actual assembled hose outside diameter and validate the full installation before use.

Keep the sleeve loose

The fabric should have enough slack for normal articulation and must not be taut. Retain the sleeve on the fabric-covered hose near the fitting, between the fitting crimp and the separate AbrasoGuard ring. Do not place the ring over the hydraulic fitting ferrule.

AbrasoGuard does not make a damaged hose serviceable. Inspect routing and the hose first, follow manufacturer procedures, and reinspect the protection during routine maintenance.
